What is day training?

Drop your dog off each day for day training and pick them up each evening as a more capable companion! Our program follows a similar approach to our board and train option, but with the convenience of daily drop-off and pick-up, Monday through Friday—just like sending your dog to school.

During day training, your dog will work with two dedicated trainers to master obedience, improve house manners, and build confidence. They’ll interact with new dogs and people daily, learning to stay neutral and focused on their trainer. As they progress, they’ll graduate to off-site field trips to further solidify their training.

But training doesn’t stop with your dog! On the first day, we’ll provide you with a routine to follow at home to ensure consistency and success beyond the training sessions. All our day training programs include a midway and go-home session to help you feel confident handling your newly trained companion.

Training While You're Busy

Let your dog get a head start on their training journey while you're busy at work! During the day, we’ll teach your dog essential skills to prep them for the rest of their lives. To ensure a smooth transition at home, we include two private lessons: one midway through the program and another at the end.

Board & Train Alternative

Our board and train program is one of our hallmark offerings, but it's not the only path to a well-behaved companion! Day training allows you to bring your dog home each evening and spend weekends together while we handle the training during the week. We'll keep your dog engaged, teach them essential skills, and provide you with routines to practice at home right away.

Great For Puppies

We love puppies! However, we believe puppies should stay at home until they’re a bit older. Our board and train program starts for dogs around six months old, but day training welcomes dogs of any age. Whether your pup needs potty training, crate training, leash manners, or beginner obedience, day training sets them up for success. Plus, they’ll be ready for more advanced programs later, building on the strong foundations they gain in day training.
